The artist Paul Maze , often referred to as “the last of the French Impressionists” is the intriguing subject of a lecture to the Wincanton Museum and History Society which may be of interest to BAS members.
A contemporary and friend of leading Impressionists, active as an interpreter during the Great War for the British Army, he had an amazing and successful life as an artist and was very well connected!
