With several new members and a record number of entries this year’s exhibition is impressive in its size, variety and quality.
As usual I have photographed the works and present here a representative selection for people to look at and enjoy. I photographed the works in situ on the walls and stands immediately after they were hung and before the catalogue was completed so I could prepare each image for display as quickly as possible. As usual glazed pictures were often problematic because of reflections so many had to be left out. Again I offer an apology to all those whose pictures are not displayed here, but with over 270 works on view showing them all was not realistic. This selection I hope gives a good indication of the breadth and vitality of the work produced by BAS members.
